LATE POLICY

If you are going to be less than fifteen minutes late for your appointment, please call to make us aware. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, your appointment is subject to be re-scheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% deposit will be collected at time of booking. If you cannot make your appointment, please give us AT LEAST 24 hours' notice. No Call/No Show or less than 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment will result in the full payment of services being retained. If you use a package or a gift certificate toward your service purchase, you will lose the amount applied toward the appointment if you no show or late cancel.

MINOR POLICY

Children are not allowed in the spa unless they have an appointment. All minors MUST have a parent or guardian present with them at their appointment. For ages 12-15, the parent/guardian must stay in the room for the duration of service. For ages 16-18, a parent/guardian must stay present within the facility for the duration of service. Be sure to also sign parental consent upon your arrival.
