Before Your Visit

Your wellness experience begins the moment you walk through our doors. To help us prepare a calm and personalized session for you, we kindly recommend the following:

Your therapist will review your medical history, injuries, sensitivities, and preferences to customize your treatment. Clients are required to complete and sign both the intake form and policies prior to arrival.

What to Expect During Your Session

Your therapist will guide the entire experience with calm, intentional care.

  • You’ll be invited to relax quietly and comfortably.

  • Pressure levels can be adjusted at any time.

  • You may speak as much or as little as you wish — this is your time.

  • Modesty and comfort are always protected; only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

Your session is a partnership. We honor your boundaries, comfort, and personal preferences.

After Your Treatment

To extend the benefits of your session:

​

  • Drink water throughout the day

  • Rest if needed

  • Avoid strenuous activity for the next few hours

  • Allow the oils and creams to fully absorb into the skin

  • Consider adding a stretch session or wellness product to support long-term results

We want you to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply restored.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We understand that delays happen. If you’re running behind, please contact us as soon as possible.

​

  • Arriving less than 15 minutes late:
    We will do our best to provide your full service, though your session may be slightly shortened to avoid delaying the next guest.

​

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late:
    Your appointment may need to be rescheduled so we can honor the schedule for all guests.

​

Your therapist reserves the right to adjust or reschedule the service based on arrival time.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Your session is reserved especially for you. To protect our therapists’ time and ensure availability for all clients:

​

  • A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking.

​

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

​

Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows will result in the full service fee being retained.


If you are using a package or gift certificate, the amount for that visit will be forfeited.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

MINOR POLICY

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, we kindly ask that all minors follow the guidelines below:

​

  • Children are welcome only if they have a scheduled appointment.

​

  • A parent or legal guardian must be present in the building for the entire duration of the minor’s service.

​

  • Ages 12–15: A parent/guardian must remain in the treatment room throughout the session.

​

  • Ages 16–18: A parent/guardian must remain on-site during the appointment.

​

  • A parental consent form is required at check-in.

​

These policies ensure safety, comfort, and the best possible experience for young clients.
