Service Description
What You’ll Experience • Focused massage techniques to ease tight muscles in the head, neck, and shoulders • The use of heat or cold therapy, as needed, to help reduce pain and inflammation • Intentional work to relieve pressure, restore mobility, and promote relaxation Perfect For: • Tension headaches or migraines • Neck and shoulder stiffness • Stress-related muscle tightness • Desk work or postural strain Areas of Focus: Head, neck, shoulders Pressure Options: Light · Medium · Firm How to Prepare: Please avoid alcohol and large meals for at least 2 hours prior to your service. Arrive a few minutes early and share any areas of discomfort or sensitivity so your therapist can tailor the session to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Your session is reserved especially for you. To protect our therapists’ time and ensure availability for all clients: • A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking. • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows will result in the full service fee being retained. If you are using a package or gift certificate, the amount for that visit will be forfeited. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
